This week I played a game called Fortnite. Normally, I do not really play first person shooters but this one seemed cool. Honestly. I was not disappointed. It was a lot of fun, especially since i was doing a live stream so that way it could be even more fun. I even played with my cousin which was great! It wasn't like it was boring or a forced end. It was a lot of fun with a lot of jokes too!!!

Honestly, I do believe that the game is truly fun. Even the royals. Yes there are idiot gamers, and cruel people, but that is in any hobby, any fandom and any group. It is not specific to just Fortnite. The mechanics make the game pleasing because, if you chop a tree down, it does end up gone. From what I can tell it doesn't ever come back too. When you attack other players or items, it always shows a health bar that is there's that you can watch deplete. This aspect makes it fun to see not only if you hit, but how much damage is taken and when their character is dead.

The only problem I had with the game with how glitchy and laggy the game was Saturday, one of the times it played. Sometimes the game is just glitchy. The reason for that, i believe, was because my cousin was hosting that round and it was on her cell phone and on data rather than a computer and Wifi. The art contributes to the game greatly because without the art we would see the storm or even the trees that sometimes you land on. The rules dictate the story because you typically play with about 100 other players and in essence it is a fight to the death. However, there is also a way to play with just one friend, or even by yourself in playground mode. There are also quests to do and follow for rewards. I think this is also cool, because sometimes like having a reason to do something and this is that reason.
