Oh perfect, Bryan! Thank you very much. I actually started doing Morning Pages, after my friend, an iOS developer decided to develop the app. She read The Artist's Way and loved the concept so much that decided to create the app for that. I'm using the app all the time, and helping with promotion.
Yeah Bryan, I read Julia Cameron's book. Also I read a book Expressive Writing by James Pennebaker who studied the topic. According to his studies, it doesn't make much difference. But I won't argue, I think everybody just needs to write however it's best for them.

This is a great point! We're working on a mobile app for writing MorningPages, and I've been thinking whether our users should do Morning Pages every day, or write them once in a while. Now I see how spending too much time writing for yourself might not be the best practice if you're a writer.
