Excellent piece. I too live in Spain for quite a lot of the year and live in a flat area next to the sea.

Walking on soft sand is something that I feel would increase calorie burn, improve cardio output and strengthen legs...I was going to test it out on my local Llana beach.

I used to walk 10-15000 steps a day, but a spinal problem now has walking with a stick and very short distances 😔
