This is an interesting perspective! As someone who identifies more as an extrovert, I recently attended a leadership seminar where we were taught how to work with those of opposite personality types. This gave me an opportunity to understand more introverted people in a more effective way. For introverts and extroverts, there needs to be understanding and collaboration, as both parties accept the other’s predominant methods of thinking and find ways to contribute equally. I agree with you that some of the introverts I know are the most creative and capable individuals, who have incredible leadership potential.
