“A conspiracy charge requires that there be illegal conduct you’ve had a “meeting of the minds” to further via an “act in furtherance.” If Trump pardons the U.S. person who *committed* the computer crimes felony, can he legally be accused of conspiracy for the offense?”

But just being pardoned doesn’t mean that a person didn’t commit the act for which he is being pardoned. If someone conspired illegally with Trump, then Trump pardons him, Trump can still be found guilty of his own part in the conspiracy.
