Kalu, very thought provoking and insightful. Obviously the problem of inequality is complex, and perhaps where I differ from you most is whether government can possibly provide the solution(s). I think our government in it’s present form is almost completely incapable of doing almost anything well. That being said, the inequality of education, in my mind, is the most disgraceful and problematic condition in this country. I appreciate reading your thoughtful analysis from a different position. My goal, this year especially, is to think from a wider perspective — maybe even change my views!
