Great article Tomaz! The temptation for the product designers seem to be to drive use users to their owned environment (app etc), rather than supporting a light touch engagement elsewhere. As more designers / developers think this way, and as engagement strategy is built off-app (in a user centric way) we’ll see more intutitive and elegant services.
