Maybe you’re being too hard on yourself. I have anxiety too, but I don’t consider looking up menus ahead of time to be unhealthy. And counting/rationing calories is basically what the Weight Watchers points programs are about. I didn’t know disordered eating was a thing. Thanks for the info and for sharing your story!
