WHAT IS EIGHT SLEEP?

Let’s kick things off with a quick introduction to the Eight Sleep system and how it works.

At its very core, Eight Sleep is a cooling mattress system. It includes a cover (that affixes to your current mattress) and a hydro-powered Pod that offers dual-zone temperature controls and can be programmed anywhere from 55°-110° Fahrenheit. In addition to temperature regulation, Eight Sleep also includes built-in sleep tracking and a thermal alarm.
