There is a growing crowd-sourced Google document (started by Martin Urbach) on racist songs in music education and under the document’s second tab you can view a growing list of anti-racist songs (see here). As I’ve mentioned in other responses, Bessie Jones’ Step it Down is an excellent resource for African-American children’s songs, and many play-party songs (with origins in European-American rural frontier communities) are also not racist in origin.
