Uber, Neighbourgoods, and Lyft among a growing number of others. I love these products because they are disruptive and make big businesses extremely anxious, which is always fun to watch.

I feel like they actually make *smaller* business people uncomfortable. Most of the medallion drivers in NYC aren’t moguls. All the ones I’ve ever talked to have been humble immigrants trying to make money to cover their costs and send a few bucks back home. I think a lot of these “sharing” companies are disrupting our attempt at having a fair society more than anything.
