A Vision Board Is A Collage of Images Which Reflect How You Want To Live
I recently used Pinterest to create a vision board of 100 images. Then I used select images from the Pinterest board to create a new desktop wallpaper for my laptop.
A vision board is a collage of images which reflect how you want to live — what you want to achieve, where you want to go, how you intend to relax and unwind, and the relationships you want to build.
It is, simply put, the visual representation of the life you are building.
Visualization is a powerful tool for designing your life and adding images to this practice makes it more solid.
When you represent your goals visually, and put it somewhere you will see often — such as your laptop desktop wallpaper — you are creating a reminder of what you are working towards.
Here’s what you need to create your own:
- A free Canva Account
- Photos — your own and/or images from around the web.
How to:
In Canva, select ‘Create a design’
- Search and select ‘desktop wallpaper’ — this will give you the correct size.
