HOW TO MAKE MANGO ICE CRAEM DESSERT?

Condensed milk, whipped cream, and mangoes are the only three ingredients needed to produce these fluffy, silky, and smooth mango ice creams. Bonus: An ice cream maker is not required. With my video and step-by-step pictorial instructions, you can learn to cook these basic, straightforward recipes.

INGREDIENS:

  1. 200 grammes of whipped cream or heavy cream
  2. 4 cups of pureed ripe mango
  3. 12 cup of white sugar in granules

PROCEDURE:

1.Slice up fresh mango pulp into chunks to make mango puree. Without adding any water, blend it into a smooth puree with the sugar. Or you may use mango puree from a can.

2.Use a hand mixer to whip the cream until soft peaks form. For this, a stand mixer is also an option.
