That’s such a great point Adam that lots of people are applying in other roles, and development especially is a challenge. Also I love your pointing out Southasians as under-represented — these subtleties get lost with these generic categories like “Asian” “Black” “White” “Male/Female”… Great question on our applicant pool at Buffer!
