Drop jQuery From Your Bootstrap Project (And Replace it with Vue.js!)
Anthony Gore

Honestly, I love vue, it is my favorite JS framework to use ATM, but I highly disagree with you.

Vue won’t serve as a better replacement to jQuery, nothing will. If I have any say in the matter — vanilla js all the way.

Like the saying goes, “use the right tool for the right job”. Some people want jQuery, others want Vue, some prefer react etc. There are so many frameworks out there.

My advice, these “CSS frameworks” should stay as far away as possible from using frameworks/libraries to implement features. Vanilla all the way.
