I agree that some people do the jobs no one else wants to do because they have a family to support. They may lack the experience and qualifications needed for a better job so they have to work with what they have. Many people coming to America for a better opportunity have to take these jobs in order to feed their family. I agree with Nicole that even lower end jobs have motivators like earning a promotion. I think promotions could help drive these employees to take the lower end job in hopes of moving up in the job.
