Ive taken plenty of aptitude tests throughout high school and college. I dont think the way these tests are conducted give the best results. Most are multiple choice and make you pick an option that they have chosen to use. What if someone doesn’t relate to any of the options? I also feel like these tests make me overthink and make it hard for me to pick the best option. Maybe that is just me being indecisive. I think aptitude tests need to be structured to allow the user to personalize there answers. This may lead to better results.
