Hawaii Bound
Many of you wont be surprised to hear where I’m writing from….. The Starbucks line. Out the door & around the corner people wait for their daily startup. I bet every single person is going some place different. Isn’t that crazy??

DAY 1/2
As yesterday’s flights were easy with no delays, the goodbyes were opposite. Saying goodbye to my momma, brother, best friends & little O’Henry was not easy. As much as I already miss everyone I am so so so excited to begin this journey.
Our layover in Phoenix brought me to try an overpriced vanilla latte from Cartel Coffee Lab. That coffee kept me up & ready to take on LAX.
Arriving in LAX we stepped out & could barely see through the marine layer. The norm here in June is thick fog from the ocean through the night into early morning. It felt like everything was moving 100 mph. We got to meet my Uncle for dinner at Paco’s tacos, which had super good salsa.
DAY 2/2
Here I am with my Starbucks in hand waiting to board our last flight. I tried a new drink:
Strawberry Acai with Coconut Milk — 11/10 recommend 😋😋
Super excited to take on the rest of the day & finally be in Hawaii!!
Until then here’s an accurate description of the first thing I want to do in Hawaii — lounge around with a lava flow in hand. Cheers!!
