Pomodoro Technique “ 25-minute trial”
The Pomodoro Technique can help you power through distractions, hyper-focus, and get things done in short bursts while taking frequent breaks to come up for air and relax. Best of all, it’s easy. If you have a busy job where you’re expected to produce, it’s a great way to get through your tasks. Let’s break it down and see how you can apply it to your work. Developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. As shown in this quote
“When your energy is focused on just one thing, then you become more powerful.”
- Chris Winfield

Advantages of Pomodoro:
I think it has a lot of advantages like,
- How you can stop fighting the clock

- How you can improve the quality and quantity of work
- The value of your time

Self-experience:
I also have personally experienced this technique. when I am reading about this technique than it looks intrusting to me and I start searching more and more about it to understand the procedure of applying then after 1 hour I am getting ready and well prepared to apply it.
I can charge my laptop search on youtube tutorial of Pomodoro and read all the information that helps me a lot to understand and to take a trial. So, I set a 25-minute timer on my laptop and start writing an assignment that is actually pending from a week and still pending after reading about that technique I will decide to apply it on the assignment work.

In my first attempt, I start doing my write up after setting a timer of Pomodoro. after some time I hear a doorbell that is actually calling me to open the door and that was my little brother actually. So, I am actually distracting then after coming back, I will take 1 minute to restart the timer and try to write up.
But again just after 15 minutes, my dad said that if you are not busy at work then make a cup of tea for me. he was actually tired and that was his daily routine. so I am going to the kitchen and after 10 minutes back into the room after giving the cup of tea to my father.
Now its 3rd attempt when I am again trying to write up a good quality assignment. I take the 2-minute break and start working and at that time I will successfully complete my assignment. feeling happy. :)
I conclude that its a way to productivity because when I am distracting again and again but after 1-minute relaxing I am again focused on my work and timer help me to complete my task it actually motivates me that you can do.

Special thank you to Francesco Cirillo developing such a productive technique. it really works. working less and accomplishing more.
