There seems to be an implicit argument that you can ONLY get nutritious food by eating clean. Color me unconvinced. People make hundreds of food choices based on everything from price to taste to nutrition. I choose to eat less nutritious food for availability/time and price reasons. But I can eat a much more healthy diet than 90% of people who buy clean food by making smart food choices and if I was willing to sacrifice time I could do it for very little money. Nutrition is usually more of a time trade off than a money one. Clean food is great but not essential in that equation and when money is tight it’s just not a viable option at all.
