It’s rare that one single marketing tactic will be all your business needs to drive significant business and revenue. Almost always it will take the right marketing mix, or what us MBA types call integrated marketing. Finding the right mix can take some effort but here are a three tips to get you started:

1) Determine your budget. Marketing doesn’t have to be expensive but it does need to be consistent. It is better to use a few tactics that will keep you under budget than one big expensive splash that only shows results for a limited time at best.

2) Understand your USP. Every business has a unique selling proposition. If it doesn’t it shouldn’t be in business. That USP may be something simple but whatever it is exploit it repeatedly in your marketing efforts.

3) Track and tweak. The only way to know what’s working and what isn’t in your marketing mix is to track all tactics as best you can. This will allow you to make the right minor tweaks to your approach rather than making a major overhaul to your marketing plan that will have you starting from scratch.

If you need some assistance in creating that unique marketing mix for your business BTC can help! Clients that actively implement our B+C+S Formula increase income by 124% on average. Contact us at info@btcinc.net or 714–681–2821 to schedule a free phone consultation with no obligation.
