I work with most of the distributors on your list, but we tend to work with larger Tier 1 CMs for product builds. Currently we are using a local Foxconn shop with plans to transfer the product to one of their Chinese factories once the volume justifies the move. Labor in China is about 10% of the cost of domestic rates, so if your product has a lot of manual operations needed to build it you are encouraged to get it moved to a low cost region as quickly as possible. This could be Mexico or China depending on the location of the end user of the product.
