Life starts with breath.

Fear suffocates in breath.

Breath is our wind.

It can accumulate within us and offer power/ the storm winds that bend trees and force them to frantically dance.

It can open our person from the inside, offering space/ the desolate prairie alive with a peaceful breeze.

Rise and fall.

Breathing is where clarity starts. Under our breath is where our true selves live.

Breathing is not flexing. It is naked and open. It cannot mask or conceal.

Breathe grounds our body into a foundation of strength. It is not something our body masters but something our body develops a better relationship with.

My life is better when my breath is part of my daily considerations and I leave space for it. When I leave room to learn from it.

Life starts with breath. Fear suffocates in breath.
