The premiere breakfast restaurant for vegans all around Fort Collins, Rainbow offers new twists on everyday breakfast dishes. Who needs eggs? Especially when Rainbow cooks up huge batches of breakfast burritos every weekday for those who crave the quality but don’t have the time to whip up anything. Plus, there’s a stamp card so you can start saving, and as a college student I need to save wherever I can. The patio is one of the most inviting and beautiful in Fort Collins. you feel tucked away and excluded in this beautiful garden, yet youre right off of Laurel, one of the busiest streets in Fort Collins.
Enjoy Rainbow for yourself

Good beer with live music and tempeh sandwiches? YUM. Known around town as Avo’s, this place has a seperate bar and amazing outside patio attached to the small restaurant. The environment is friendly and free as it is almost ship themed. Ropes and nets line the celining and walls. One of their most popular vegan meals is their tempeh burger AND they are BOGO fere every Tuesday!

~Honorable Mentions~
These places have some great options, but aren’t really known for their yummy alternatives.
Blind Pig 🌱
With fun drinks and delicious meat substitutes, Blind Pig deserves an honorable mention for all those veg-heads looking for a great environment.
Café de Bangkok 🌱
Vegan Thai food can be hard to find due to the endless amounts of fish paste hidden in the sauces. Bangkok has risen up from the others and has quickly become the favorite of meat eaters and non-meat eaters alike.
Yum Yum’s 🌱🌱
Yum, yum, Mediterranean food. There are so many options to choose from and what vegan wouldn't love deep-fried chickpeas dipped in ground chickpeas?
Either way, us vegans all share a LOVE for vegetables and blow-your-mind meals. We won’t settle for less than the best, just like anyone else.
