I too have fibro along with RA. I’m sorry but why do you think fibro is a psychological disorder? I have surely had some Drs believe this back when I was first getting diagnosed 8 years or so ago but this is an old way of thinking. My point,I guess is that if your Drs are telling you this then you need to find a new dr. Once I found a rheumatologist I haven’t heard that way of thinking in a long time. As you stated it is a central nervous system disorder, not psychological, so not sure why you kept this in your piece? And I surely hope that you don’t think it is all in your head. Which was my experience with it being called a psych disorder.
