I am horrified. Maybe next time say “ you use that mouth to speak to your mother, or do you speak to your wife like that, ok boys you have definitely crossed the line” something along that line. I don’t know, you probably have already tried that tactic, but I am just so mad and sad for you. I am in sales and have been in a mostly male dominated work environment a lot (not to that extent). I used those same phrases and humor to let them know that they had gone to far, I was uncomfortable and was starting to get pissed off. Typically, the behavior would stop and they would all look like they had their hand caught in the candy jar as they sulked away. They would feed off each other, which sounds like what they are doing to you, but didn’t know when to stop. Like a mother I would have to remind them that they were acting like stupid little boys.

I am so sorry that you have to work in this type of environment. If it doesn’t stop I implore you to look for a position. Continually working in that type of stress will eventually take a toll both mentally and physically. Good luck and take care of yourself.
