I feel like any one of these is a battle in it’s own.

Just focusing on one at a time until they become habits would probably make a big difference. Seriously considering this.

Also.. any one of these could be a blog post too! I really enjoyed this article and would be stoked to hear more of what you think of any of these. For me at least, I’m specifically interested in the 3rd bullet point (countering self criticism thought spirals) the 4th (examples of internal vs external factors) and the last one (authenticity).
