Whatever

Never mind nobody cares

They slink lower still in the chair

A new normal apathy

Settles permeating skin precariously

Ambiguity seeps throughout hallways

Notoriety, that reputation stays

Lost forever tumultuous endless days

Locked mournfully, mercilessly mercinary

Keeper of minds keening desperately

Willful eyes watch each tick tock pass

Everyone vows their valley of ashes

Fades forever along with their past.
