So you’re bored. Or at quarantined.

That is fine, we all are. In fact, I was so bored, or inspired, that I wanted to write a blog/article about the things I DO when bored, feeling crappy, quarantine, or weak.

I generally believe in short articles that gets straight to the point. If at any time it feels too long, let me know. If it is too long, it was probably necessary for the whole thing to make sense.

What Is A Keystone/Power Habit?

A keystone habit is a habit that benefits other areas of your life. For instance, exercise is a keystone habit because it affects multiple areas of your life other than physical and mental. Besides physical and mental benefits, exercise can help you improve patience, stress control, communication, and your social circle.
