Sorry but just because you have a master’s degree, that doesn’t mean you automatically have the right to demand the specific job you want, at the pay you want, and at the company you want. In fact, it means nothing more than you achieved the requirements for the degree by whatever institution issued it. In my career that spans 30 years, i have found the difference between someone with a masters degree, and someone without one…well, frankly there is no measurable difference. Honestly I’d hire a high school dropout with good experience over someone with a graduate degree and none.
BTW, I have seen that presentation before. It has nothing to do with this woman’s poor decision making.
