Since Kadena Mining Clubs (KMC) inception in March, we have strongly emphasized our commitment to the Kadena community and ecosystem.

This commitment began with our plan to bring mining to the masses. We have absolutely shattered the barriers of entry necessary to start mining and nobody is doing it like we are.

A KMC NFT is your own personal ASIC miner that works for you. The miner will be hosted in our fully renewable, hydroelectric facility. This offers you peace at home without the heat/noise, and peace of mind knowing you are not contributing to climate change.

As the future progresses, our commitment to spreading Kadena hash-rate across the globe will only grow stronger and our execution will be more precise. While mining is our primary focus, we are building to become an integral part of the Kadena ecosystem for decades to come.

We envision our FP buyers to be hardcore Kadena believers and supporters. It is important we channel this collective energy to help bring Kadena to the next level. That is why we are creating the KBC, to accelerate the growth of the Kadena blockchain.

Kadena Builder’s Club (KBC)

The goal of KBC is to provide marketing, development and monetary support to new projects building on Kadena.

Members of the KBC have an important responsibility to ensure the Founder’s Pass Eco Wallet (FPEW) funds are appropriately managed and allocated to builders who need it the most.

After our main mint on August 20th, all secondary sale proceeds of the Founder’s Pass will be sent to the FPEW.

How It Works

1. 420 Founder’s Pass NFT holders will make up the KBC.
2. The holders will elect a Council of 12 members to oversee the KBC.
   Council members will ideally be knowledgeable in at least one of the following categories: Web3 and blockchain technology, financial analysis, programming, planning, researching or marketing.
3. The Council will be responsible for vetting applications for KBC support.

• If The Council approves an application, we will open voting for KBC members to decide if we want to support the project or not.
• If The Council denies the applicant, voting will not open to Founder’s Pass holders and the applicant may submit another entry no earlier than 30 days after being denied.

4. KBC members much reach a quorum of 70% in order to proceed support the applicants project.

How Builders Can Get Support

1. If you are a builder interested in receiving financial support from the FPEW, or support for a large marketing or development initiative, you must first purchase a Founder’s Pass on our marketplace.
2. Once you buy the Founder’s Pass, you can submit an application for support by joining our Discord: Discord.gg/KDAMiningClub
3. If we accept your application, we will fulfill your support request.
   Builders will also be required to allocate exclusive whitelist spots to KBC members.

• If you want to do a Whitelist promotion with KMC/KBC, or have a simple programming question for our developers, an FP is not required.
• FP is only required for requests that will require significant effort or monetary support from KMC/KBC.
