So, every time I upload a campaign, I spend my first day switching most of my ads on and off every couple of hours so that all of them get at least a few thousand impressions before I let Facebook’s algorithm choose which ones it wants to use.

How important is it to do this switching on/off to force ads being shown? It does seem like Facebook algorithm is a bit aggressive with early data.
