U.S. Bomber Crews Tested a Tiny Assault Rifle
Joseph Trevithick

I had an opportunity to purchase a Bushmaster Arm Pistol, but after handling it I decided it was not a practical firearm. With a few million more in engineering, it might be possible to make it a practical alternative to a carbine but I kinda doubt it. It seems as if every year someone introduces a new machine pistol or short barreled carbine that’s destined to be all the rage, but none of these types of firearms have ever been accepted as a suitable alternative to a real pistol or carbine. There’s probably a lesson in there somewhere, but that won’t stop small arms designers from continuing to try.
