A Healthy Obsession…

On 14th Dec 2017 my blood pressure was recorded at 185/125 whilst I was in hospital awaiting surgery.

I have suffered with high blood pressure since I was first diagnosed almost 20 years ago, but when I saw that it was at 185/125, I realised that the time was now to REALLY do something about it (a good friend of mine had also just suffered a stroke and it kinda hit home how serious this ’Silent Killer’ really is).

For the past 5–6 weeks I have been obsessed with how to lower my blood pressure naturally. It’s been a healthy obsession, that I set out to do, as quickly as possible.

3 Weeks Results

On 1st January 2018 I bought an Omron machine and have been taking my readings daily ever since.

170/123 was the first reading on 1st January 2018 with my machine at home.

Just over 3 weeks later, and this morning I have got it down to 126/62 (All without pharmaceutical prescriptions).

How did I do it?

It was actually easier than I thought, once I trained my mind to it and stuck to achieving what I had set out to do.

I looked at, and re-shaped, at least 5 aspects of my life, which were all to do with lifestyle, diet & mindset.

If anyone would like to see the exact plan I put together and followed, then please let me know in the comments below, and if enough people are interested I will spend the next day or so writing up my 6 week plan that reduced my blood pressure by 32% (Systolic) and by 50% (Diastolic).
