Key problem to be solved: Youth lack access to information about the jobs and about their own skill-base. They simply do not know what marketable skills they may have[6], or lack, and simply have no information as to how to bridge the gap.

It’s true. I certainly agree with you on this; which is one of of the problems my team at @stutern is equally solving with internships. Internships have really turned out to be the new interviews. A number of the interns have performed so well they they are now fully employed. Which makes it a win win for both talents and employer.
