I think that this, actually, was the entire point.

I’ve gotten this t-shirt, so know how it feels. I have had to also go toe to toe with bullies before myself. It’s too fresh to expose though.

I think the insight quoted above is what we all must walk away from the article with.

The cold, hard facts of business do not care about you. It is brutal and there are many who just ply their snake oil in our domain.

Be vigilant, and don’t toss your pearls to swine.
