The Neon Lights are Bright on Broadway

It is a major news story because it is newsworthy to show how unhappy so many people are and how vocal the opposition is going to be. I actually don’t think Dick Cheney would have been booed like this, or received a spoken message from the cast. Then the story developed when the president-elect reprimanded these actions on Twitter, which shows what a different world we are about to be in. It is a good story because it is not just passively received; the hope is that actions like this will embolden others to be more vocal, and to collectively make a difference.
