I have to agree. The piece was interesting in the run down of classical liberal free market thought, but I also felt it came up short in in it’s lack of proposed alternatives to private authoritarian rulership.
I would recommend the book ‘Property and Contract: The Case for Economic Democracy’ by David Ellerman if you want a more “angry” book, though you might find the revelations in it soul breaking.
