Inside Bruce Lee’s Daily Cardio Routine (And How to Upgrade Yours)

Few martial artists have left a lasting impression like Bruce Lee.

To this day, his quotes are still referenced:

“Be happy, but never satisfied.”

“Adapt what is useful, reject what is useless, and add what is specifically your own.”

“Do not pray for an easy life, pray for the strength to endure a difficult one”

What’s interesting about studying exemplars in any field is to see what their actual training regimen looked like.

(Because often times people tend to underestimate what it takes to become world-class)

By studying and following the ‘bread crumbs’ you get a clearer picture of what really made this person great.
