Treasure Trove of Strength Training Wisdom for Beginners

This morning I was pleasantly surprised to see one of my all-time favorite strength training sites was mentioned in the media:

According to the website:
Since 1999, ExRx.net has been a resource for exercise professionals, coaches, and fitness enthusiasts; featuring comprehensive exercise libraries (over 1900 exercises), reference articles, fitness assessment calculators, and other useful tools.
Apparently in its golden years (2008–2018) this website generated more than a million unique visitors each month. At first glance, it doesn’t look like anything too special. It doesn’t have an awe-inspiring homepage… HD video introductions… or anything fancy.
But what it does have is a treasure trove of strength training wisdom for beginners.
