“We have the right to refuse service to anyone” is a common sign theme in some stores. It is it is not really in the best interest of a going concern to refuse service to anyone that isn’t directly impacting the delivery or quality of service of that businesss. It’s pretty stupid and that business won’t be in business long. Well, unless they only target a small group of people for no good reason while maintaining a core group of customers that support refusing that service. That small group of people could be defined any way as an ethnic group, religious group, people with pimples, bald people, people who read comic books, people who don’t wear green socks, or any “special interest” group whom the owners feel is not worthy of their service.

Would it be acceptable to refuse service to red haired people? I am in the gingerfarian religion who sincerely believe that red haired people are a smite of the devil upon humanity. I think the government should stay out of me denying service to these Gingers. It’s my religious right!
