My workouts used to be a time to clear my head —
but recently they are feeling like another time to be on my phone.
During my workout last week, I realized just how many apps I use.
& not to mention all the notifications in between.
Like, scroll, tweet, retweet, snap, play, repeat. but now add workout.
Is it because I need them or because that’s what I’m used to ?
I’m asking for advice- how to disconnect from my phone and reconnect to the workouts that give me the break I need.
