Self care for educators during the weekends and breaks!
As a special educator and a member of the Cs4all team (on top of being a graduate student for edtech), I am very preoccupied. Unfortunately, I sometimes end up neglecting my own health due to my busy schedule.
For this long weekend (Dr. MLK Jr. Weekend), I am practicing self-care by drinking tea, throwing on a comfy scarf blanket, watching movies on Disney+, rereading old magazines, giving myself an at-home facial treatment, and sleeping in!
