There is no doubt in my mind that black guys would be in danger playing Pokemon Go…my white teenage son has been wandering all over town in the middle of the night playing it with his white friends…if he was black there is no way it would be safe for him to do this. It is crippling to live in a prison of fear, but it is reality. Black men are not safe in this country. You get shot reaching for your id….better to wear it in a cardholder around your neck…but having your hands up does not guarantee you won’t get shot…still it might help.
