Thought of the day: feeling tired all day today, had a rough time motivating to get in my steps and workout but I did it!
Thought of the day: needed a rest day, on the 3rd day of a cold, going to feel better tomorrow. Hoping my appetite comes back too.
Tuesday September 19: Thought of the day: still feeling under the weather so went for another race walk for my workout, being sick makes working out, sleeping and eating hard.
