Hospital performs surgery on incorrect infant

When Jennifer Melton put her newborn son, Nate, in the nursery. The doctors mixed Nate up with another child and performed a frenulectomy, otherwise known as tongue clipping. Melton is suing the hospital for unspecified damages.

Woman files for divorce after husband kills toddler

Leanna Harris submitted the papers to divorce her husband, Justin Ross, after he killed their 22-month-old son. Ross left their son in his SUV in the heat, killing him. He is now serving time behind bars until his trial in April.

42 people rescued off the coast of Hawaii

After a boat caught fire of the south coast of Hawaii, passengers had no option but to jump ship. The passengers and crew were found by the Coast Guard in life boats and skiffs. No one was injured.
