Oh, I just realized you didn’t really answer my question. See, my concern is not any active intent of harm. But if a girl of any age is exposed to male genitalia (outside, arguably, fine art or changing their brother’s diapers) that is still under the law considered a crime, and should be. Remember, this isn’t just bathrooms, it applies to locker rooms as well — any normally private, normally gender-segregated venue. This is also a matter of protection, for both the transgendered person who might unintentionally expose herself, and the girls who might wind up viewing the exposure.
