Courage in Cowardice

In a world that praises bravery bold,
I pen a tale that’s seldom told.
Of a timid soul, who shied away,
Yet found his courage in disarray.

He dodged the fights, he ducked the fray,
A coward’s life, some folks would say.
He’d rather flee than face his fears,
A strategy honed through countless years.
