You’re conflating a lot of things here. Not once have I heard Colin Kaepernick claim he’s being oppressed. He has stated that the U.S. is “a country that oppresses black people and people of color” and “I have to stand up for people that are oppressed.” But to my knowledge he has not claimed he has been oppressed. Please correct me if I am wrong.
