Love this. I’m 48 but I have been attempting to embrace the millennial/entrepenurial lifestyle myself for a couple of years now. Yeah, they’re not lazy. They just realize that the thought of stability is a joke. As do I. If they don’t want to kiss your ass for being the boss it’s because they know you won’t be for long. Either way, their toes are still tapping. Off to the next gig. This does not mean they don’t respect. It just means they demand more respect back from a “partner” than most of us have from “employers.” When mutual respect goes south, they won’t have it and move on. Am I right?
